“L'albergo era molto bello ed il personale disponibile, ma quando sono arrivato alle 11 di sera dopo un viaggio di 17 ore la mia prenotazione non risultava nonostante la avessi fatta oltre un mese prima. Ho dovuto attendere circa un quarto d'ora prima che l'addetto alla reception contattasse la vostra azienda con il numero dell'itinerario che gli ho fornito.”

“We stayed in room 507; the traffic noise from 50th was quite pronounced at night! I would request the opposite side of the building for our next stay. Regards Bev F”

“The place is a dump. No hot water. No coffee. Not clean. Hole in the window. Run down”

“Good hotel. Stay here often. For the first time the staff were not helpful. Seemed more of a bother when asking questions and they forgot my wake up call.”

“The only issue we experienced was the noise of the elevator ( we assume ). Sounded like someone rolling a cart on the floor above us. We stayed in #209 by the elevator.”

“Just a couple issues but overall a good stay. The coffee maker had a filter left in it from the previous guests. The staff took care of it. Breakfast was excellent. Pool didn't open until 9am which we felt was a little late opening.”
