“The pool was heated. It had a small garden bed up alongside it, which was 'a nice touch'.”

“Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

“Although this is an old motel, it's very clean and quite comfortable. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and polite, and we were made to feel welcome. A nice touch was finding the electric blanket warming the bed when we returned later at night,”

“The whole place is so cool! Beautiful grounds, nice atmosphere & room decor is such a vibe! ”

“Cabin was clean but bathroom needed some urgent maintenance.”

“We rather drive back to Sydney than to sleep here. No aircon, shared bathroom, creepy hallways.”

“We had a great stay at the Imperial Hotel in Bowral. The room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was fantastic — nice and central and convenient to everything. Overall, it was excellent value for money. Everything was clean, comfortable and easy, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bowral. ❤️”

“Cabin was clean and comfortable air-conditioned in all rooms working well, and had a good view of windang channel, plenty of room for parking and entrance was ramped which makes useful to enter and leave if one had mobility concerns”

“Well kept and currently under some further renovation this property is a little out of town in lovely natural environs. Beautiful town - well worth a visit”

“Rooms very clean. Definitely stay again.”

Gale , the receptionist, went into action immediately to...
