“Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money.
-Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting.
-ice machine was broken
- laundry room was not operable
- the bathroom door wouldn’t close
- the room door got stuck multiple times
- cigarette burn and stain on the bedding
- pool was dirty (pump was off)
- the landline to the front desk was not working”
