Hotel a Mad Creek

“Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!”

“Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future.”

“Helpful and friendly staff. As we were loading the car, the housekeeper came out and notified us we’d left an item in our room.”

“Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.”

“How tub was out of service. Motel was in a great place right on the Main Street in town. Beds were comfortable. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our family.”

“Loved the location, Marianne was wonderful. Rooms were small but that what we expected.”

“The property and rooms were filthy. Maid service was nonexistent, even asking several times. Front desk was noncommunicative and not helpful at all. She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!”

“We enjoyed the multiple hot tub locations and the activities available on the property for the kids (basketball courts, pool, sauna, game area).”

“Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.”

“Loved the amenities. The hotel was so unique. The game room was perfect for family. We were in for my son’s wedding and were able to use the outdoor grill. The staff was wonderful and they got to have a meal with us too. We used the kitchen in our two bedroom suite daily.”
