“Great sized apartment, amazing location! Super central and walkable! Some issues with communication from the staff regarding whether the unit had a safe. We were told twice that there was one and then upon arrival, no safe. Fully equipped kitchen and having the top unit with the terrace was lovely to relax. One big issue throughout the apartment was the smell and humidity within it. You notice it everytime you enter and it is very unpleasant. Yes, Madeira is an island and it is humid, however...
