“Fantastic location with views over Funchal. The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our holiday. Check in process was seamless with someone awaiting our arrival. Host very responsive to any queries we had. As mentioned in other reviews it was on a steep hill but we expected that so was no problem for us. Supermarket and Funchal only 10 minute walk away. ”

“Villa très bien équipée et agréable. Boulangerie au coin de la rue et hypermarché à 3 minutes en voiture. Le centre de Funchal est à une demi-heure de marche mais attention au retour parce que cela grimpe fort. Voiture fortement conseillée, d’autant plus qu’un parking est prévu. Endroit idéal pour partir en excursion.”

“We met the owner and her freind at the door and received the keys on arrival. House is absolutely beautiful and a great location. 5 minutes drive ( 25 minutes walk )to Funchal. There are a couple coffee shops within walking distance, furthest one ( 15 minutes walj )A Comfeteria has a beautiful set up for breakfast. ”

“A great apartment on the edge of the old town. Fab views of the sea and of the local area - great for people watching. Good size living / kitchen area with well appointed cooking area. Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. “Soggiornato nell'appartamento A. Ben arredato e ben attrezzato ma non ci sono la lavatrice nè il bidet (che sono elencati tra le dotazioni). La vista mare si ha dalla camera da letto, mentre la cucina ha una finestra che dà sulla scala interna della casa e il bagno è cieco. La cucina odora di muffa e il bagno puzza di fogna in modo permanente...La stradina per raggiungere la casa è stretta, curva e in forte salita, pertanto è necessario avere un'auto piccola e, comunque, è difficile fare manovra...

“Très bon séjour chez Luiz et Isabel !La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est bien placé. Petit bémol pour la porte d’entrée qui donne directement sur la rue donc assez bruyant lorsqu’un véhicule passe. Un rideau devant la porte serait peut être une bonne idée pour atténuer le bruit et la lumière. À part ça, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Luiz. Il est dans l’échange et a envie que le séjour de ses hôtes se passe au mieux. N’hésitez pas pour votre séjour, allez y sans hésitation.”
