“Nice multi-level property with a rooftop terrace that provides a great view of Funchal. Management was quick and responsive. Be aware that if the weather is hot there’s no AC. They provided a room AC that worked for the bottom floor, and fans for the other two bedrooms…but it was warm for sleeping…but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!”

“An absolute fantastic house for a great vacation on the beautiful island Madeira. The view, the sunset, the pool and the Ausstattung - nothing could be better. The house is located at the south west end of madeira with the best view to the ocean and the sunsets. It has its own parking place and is in a very quiet and relaxing area. You can reach beautiful places like Porto Moniz, Calheta, Funchal and the best levadas of the Island by car. Also the contact to the Verwaltung was perfect....

“We really enjoyed staying here. They had wifi, nice kitchen, even shampoo provided and washing machine + pods, fast service and replies and an easy check-in. Everything was like on the pictures and the contact was always really fast and friendly. “We mochten onze bagage eerder al bij de accommodatie neerzetten. De vorige huurders waren net weg. Er was nog niet gepetst. Toen we na 16.00u aankwamen voor inchecken was alles keurig in orde en fris. Prima huis met voldoende ruimte en privacy. Inchecken via een video ging prima en de contacten met Tatiana van Atlantic holydays waren super. We hebben enkele tips gedeeld met Tatiana en de reactie was zeer positief. Een melding dat de lamp op de badkamer stuk was gegaan werd direct verholpen...

“Schönes Haus mit großen Räumen. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Von allen Räumen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Obwohl es in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt ist es doch abseits vom Trubel und die Flugzeuge stören nicht wirklich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“The house is as pictured. It felt like a fairly new home and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. "Partiamo dai punti positivi: Posizione strategica, direi la migliore in FUNCHAL. In pieno centro con locali ovunque. La struttura è bella e la camera era silenziosissima e confortevole. Il letto comodissimo. Punti negativi: frigobar con pochissima scelta, temperatura ambiente, per cui le bibite erano calde. Inoltre non lo rifornivano se consumavi. Biancheria del letto macchiata, asciugamani bucati e per 2 volte siamo rientrati alle 15.00 e la camera non era fatta. Per essere un 5 stelle il servizio è decisamente scadente. Peccato perchè la posizione merita."
