We stay here three-four times a year visiting family. Never have I ever had an issue until this last time.
Our room was completely covered in a layer of dust. Really gross!
I cleaned it with a wipe, but in the bathroom I even had to wipe down as you could see the dust on the wooden shelf where towels were.
Then we had an issue with the refrigerator working. The lady came up and said the wiring was off and we had to leave light on so it would work.
Needless to say there is more, our door did not lock after a few days.You had to lift the door to lock it.
We extended our stay from the original time and told the guy when checking in. He claimed to fix it but when we tried to get in our room and it was locked out. Girl at counter did not know how to adjust it and charged credit card for it. This after showing her the receipt on my phone. She said she ONLY knew that way and someone will fix it later.
It was late so we left it. She was the only staff there and did not know how to do much. Needs training so couldn't blame her.
We hope this visit was a once thing.
