“Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again. ”

“Space to roam and a Garage! The master suite had the best view of the city and an incredible hot tub bath. It was excellent to have your own washer and drier. Saved us so much money. Just grab some coffee from the Safeway down the street and you’re all set for the morning. ”

“The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.”

“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. “The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
