“This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip.
As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves.
We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels....
But most of service was good. ”

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop).
There are many minimarket and restourants in the area.
Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools.
Wifi was good in the room.
The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel.
The staff was very nice and polite. ”

“I stayed for nine nights and I have everything that I need in this place. Nice kitchen, washer, massage chair, well thought shelf organizer, and spacious. Restaurants and groceries are within short walking distance. The best part is the staff is very polite, helpful and super responsive. I would definitely come back for my next trip.”

“Otelden ve konumundan çok memnun kaldık. Havalimanından tek bir otobüsle ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz, tam önünde iniyorsunuz. Gangnam çok nezih ve güzel bir yer konaklamak için, otelde bu bölgede yer alıyor. Otobüs ve metroya çok yakın, istediğiniz her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. “The hotel was very responsive to our needs and check in was excellent. The only issue we had is that they had two hotels close to one another and we initially went to the wrong one. 5 to 7 minute walk to Metro and an excellent grocery store within two minutes from front door. The bed was amazing and the towels luxurious. Top notch.”

“L'hotel ha superato le aspettative. E' in una posizione estremamente comoda: per prima cosa si trova vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus che va all'aeroporto Incheon; inoltre è molto vicino alla stazione della metro di Gangnam (meno di 5 minuti a piedi).
La camera era estremamente spaziosa e ben pulita e comprendeva zona notte, zona soggiorno, bagno ed angolo cottura munito di piastra, bollitore, frigo e microonde. Non mancava una grande TV e numerosi armadi.

“Non è certamente un 4 stelle. La camera è grande ma con un bagno piccolo, non ci sono accessori per l'igiene ma solo un boccione di shampoo da discount ed un altro di bagnoschiuma. Niente cassaforte in stanza e neanche nella hall (come da descrizione), la reception parls poco inglese ed a qualsiasi richiesta rispondono "non saprei". 3 stelle è la categoria appropriata. ”

I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old.
I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience.”
