Rooms I booked were given to another customer with similar last name, and the check-in guy gave me key cards to the same room and we walked in on with stuff all over the place, freaking all of us out. BIG BLUNDER!!! I WOULD RATHER THEY RE-IMBERSED ME MY MONEY AND APILOGIZE. ”

“Definitely overdue for some upgrades, had an odor upon entry, when I needed towels there was no one available to bring fresh ones and I had to bring the dirty towels to the front desk myself to get new ones. It’s overpriced for what you actually get. And neither of the tvs worked properly. ”

“Sono stato nello stesso hotel 4 o 5 anni fa e lo avevo scelto tra le molte offerte di Booking. Ma lo ho trovato trasandato e sporco. Nel mio corridoio ho trovato uno scarafaggio lungo come un pollice e questo in un albergo a 4 stelle non credo sia accettabile”
