“The hallways and rooms were dirty. Broken, uneven tiles in halls and fake eyelashes stuck to the floor. The first room we were put in had plants growing out of the walls. Second room we had bug carcuses splattered on the walls and not cleaned, mold in the shower, and the floors looked unswept. There were no fridges or phones in either rooms which was uncomfortable as we were unable to call and alert the front desk when there was a commotion in the room next door that sounded like a physical...

“I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one.”

“I rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars. The staff is excellent, very polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is nice. Lastly, the breakfast was great.”

“Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either.”
