“Su Expedia la camera prenotata aveva le foto della doccia con vetro. Arrivato in hotel, il receptionist mi ha comunicato che non era correta la foto e che aveva sbagliato Expedia (ma le foto chi le carica ?) e che se volevo quella doccia dovevo oagare 31 dollari in più al giorno. Tralasciando questo, avevo cheisto gentilmente una camera con vista, ma anche questa richiesta è stata disattesa. Le camere vecchie ma pulite. La vasca doccia ha bisogno di manutenzione.”

“Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating.
I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property.
Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...

“What a pleasant surprise to find this iconic motel! vintage vibe with modern rooms, we would definitely book again. Room 225 was super quiet and away from elevator and pool, but Room 218 for my travel partner was next elevator and was noisy through the night and early morning so I would avoid that room.”
