“Prezzo altissimo per un hotel sporco e male gestito. La colazione la prende chi arriva per primo poi alle 8.30am solo le briciole . Mai piu'”

“The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber.”

“Surprisingly nice and inexpensive near the airport. Cute decor and very comfortable bed.”

“Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.”

“Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

“The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. The manager stated she’d call me but never did. When I wrote again I got no response. This is a hotel with no management and very rude and inappropriate ...
