We loaded the car up again but I decided to go back in and ask the associate why it was showing available. She got aggravated and said she did have rooms available but the TV was not working. “The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that.”

“Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done.”
