“I wasnt happy with my stay at Tryp Hotel the shower head didnt work in room 1246 which resulted in me having to take a bath secondly the pool being close due to cleaning purposes I will like a credit or some money refunded because this was unacceptable”

“The room was not cleaned cobwebs on the floor the bed was not comfortable. But for the price I guess it was okay would definitely not recommend”

“We have visited New Orleans several times and this was one of our best stays. Clean room, plenty of parking, quiet, and the staff was amazing. The night receptionist, Jeremy, was very helpful. The manager on duty was super nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Great place to stay!”

“The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful! They were able to provide suggestions of places to eat nearby and help getting back to the airport. The area of the hotel was also amazing! The streetcar was right across the street from the hotel and it made it so much easier to get to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again if I visit New Orleans again!”

“We chose Copper Vine for my birthday weekend in New Orleans, and it was honestly the best hotel experience! The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the King Room with the spa bath. The room was spacious with high ceilings, modern artwork, and everything was spotless. Even though we stayed over the weekend, it was surprisingly quiet. The spa bath was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help with...
