“The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future.”

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. Quite far away from Mumbay city center,but conveniente for the airport, the hotel has an airport...

“This hotel in Khar is a normal 3 star hotel located in a good position if you want also go to Bandra. The rooms are small but well cleaned also the bath is very small but just to stay for one or two days for business can be suitable. The Oriental residency has at the first floor the restaurant and They serve e good food that can avoid to go outside for dinner The value of money in any case is not very good”

“Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap. ”

“Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. ”

“Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. “The rooms were clear and was currently updating the decor. The rooms also have double glazed and blocks out a of the traffic noise. The staff are so hopefully and are always on hand. The bathroom is not your typical western type room but is perfectly adequate”

“The room was filthy. The bathroom and bathtub and shower curtain were so dirty that they changed my room. The pillows were stained. No mattress pad on the bed. Horrible experience.”
