“Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower...

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. “This hotel in Khar is a normal 3 star hotel located in a good position if you want also go to Bandra. The rooms are small but well cleaned also the bath is very small but just to stay for one or two days for business can be suitable. The Oriental residency has at the first floor the restaurant and They serve e good food that can avoid to go outside for dinner The value of money in any case is not very good”

“My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day.
