“The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future.”

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. “Excellent location. Generally clean rooms with A/c and fan to beat the heat. good value for money. Restaurants near by. Kettle with tea coffee and creamer. Only issues I had were the shower temperature was very hot and cooled down in minutes and the room fridge was clean but stained. ”

“Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. ”

“The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!”

“Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. “This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable. ”
