“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. “I had 2 three week stays here for dental work. The staff were wonderful. I have to mention a special Thankyou to Sanchit ( front door) who helped me with everything and I would have been a complete mess without him.
