“Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap. ”

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. Quite far away from Mumbay city center,but conveniente for the airport, the hotel has an airport...

The rooms are small but well cleaned also the bath is very small but just to stay for one or two days for business can be suitable. “No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room. ”

It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable. ”
