“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“When I did my check in the room wasn't ready but that is not a problem the problem was when the young lady who attended in the front desk told me the room will be ready in one hour, I went to eat something at the hotel buffet and I came back to the front desk the same lady told me to come back in 15 minutes because the supervisor was checking the room. And I came back in 15 minutes and the same lady told me that the room was not ready yet, and the food was the same everyday.”

“The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question.
