“Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either. “Staff were welcoming, very friendly and efficient. The hotel was rather dated and looked tired, especially the rooms, although they were clean. The use of a guest lounge with tea, coffee and water was a bonus, although provisions hadn’t been topped up, nor the area tidied when we used it in the evening.
