Hotel con piscina a Maidens

“The cabinet where the refrigerator is located was about off the hinges. The headboard was scratched up. Then a train comes through early in the morning and disturbs your sleep but that’s not the worse!!! We woke up to ANTS in the bed. I went to the front desk quickly and was asked was I eating in the room? Are you serious!! I will never stay at this hotel again”

“AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

“We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”

“The room was clean, nice little breakfast included. Close to Kings Dominion.”

“The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
