Castelli a Mailly-le-Château

"We didn’t find the restaurant menu close to our needs (we are on a diet and everything contained creams/sauces/sugar) and probably expected the staff to be a little more helpful and professional. Errors on the bill ( 45€) should be compensated not only by a “thank you” ;) otherwise the feeling is “I tried but you got me”. Plus: lots of car parks in front of every room, a grill restaurant close by, and a nice pool area. "

"Our room was a little tiny, part of the wooden roof was oblique until the floor level, and the minibar/kettle were under a beam, not so easy to reach. I found the bathtub quite slippery and dangerous, it is not really adapted to be a shower. Average breakfast. There are two parking spots, one is right behind the reception, the other one is footsteps away, however still in walking distance and not in the hotel. Great plus are the restaurants nearby on the same street, and the nice view/walk by the river. "

"Posto molto bello e ristorante magnifico per la qualita' del cibo. La camera non e' certo da Grand Hotel, umida e si sentiva dall'odore. Nel complesso una bellissima esperienza in una struttura molto caratteristica."

"Ottimo il check-in. Camera e bagno pulito. Materasso per i nostri gusti un po’ molle. Parcheggio interno a pagamento pratico. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in ca. 10 min."
