“New hotel, it was a great experience! Check in was super quick, had a very sweet front desk worker (thank you Joseph). Room was exactly how the pictures looked, super clean and cozy. It was super hot in Glendale and the AC worked incredibly well and definitely made up for the pool that was under construction which makes complete sense because it is literally a new hotel so please don’t let other reviews be off putting.
Breakfast was awesome, I went about 30 minutes before they stopped serving...
“We stayed here for the Charlie Kirk Memorial. The room was very clean, bathroom vanity was big which was great. Large refrigerator and microwave was convenient. Breakfast was good. The only complaint is that when taking a shower the tub did not drain well so it held water until the water was turned off. Otherwise we will stay again and WE ARE ALL CHARLIE KIRK!!”
“What a nice surprise. Suite was large and had every amenity we needed and more for a very competitive price. The bed was a B, but everything else was an A.

“I don't remember ever staying at a hotel with better service, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Everyone we encountered, from all of the front desk staff to the person in charge of housekeeping were so helpful and really friendly! The room was VERY nice, well lit, with great amenities. Only complaint was that the A/C was pretty loud. The breakfast was excellent (which is not always the case with "free" hotel breakfasts. Overall, if i have the need to return to Phoenix I would definitely stay...
