“Nice place to visit and golf”

“While this hotel has been refreshed with paint and flooring, the cabinets need to be replaced or refurbished. Great location. Weird billing process.”

“We were disappointed that when we booked the Holiday Inn for 2 mights and came back 2 days later to stay, that it wasn't the same hotel. Expedia had booked us at a different Holiday Inn farther from our destination. We had understood that it would be the same location we had been at before. We didn't appreciate the extra driving after a long day. ”

“The breakfast was fresh, abundant with many options & clean. However the property needs remodeling. There is visible damage with the furniture, the walls, the flooring, the bathtub and not aesthetically pleasing.”

“The location was great - across the street from a shopping center. It wasn't quite walkable though. We did book Top Golf which is a 6/7 minute drive and was quite reasonably priced and so much fun for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Didn't quite make the sun for the pool - too shady but didn't get there until 5 or so. The place was great overall! ”

“Really nice place, but plan on bringing “Calm” music because hotel it right on a very busy highway and crazy loud all night long.”

“Dissapointed that the body wash & shampoo dispenser's in the shower were empty, no ice bucket in room. The ice maker had to be turned on which meant you had to wait for the ice to be made. And, finally, no complimentary breakfast.”

“The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. ”

“The property is right off the freeway, so convenient. Traffic noise is bad, just wear ear plugs. Staff was great, especially the host at breakfast! ”

“Breakfast was very good, there's waffles. And all the other usuals. We were there for 3 nights, and all the staff were amazing. Parking lot felt very safe. The building was clean and the rooms were updated. A+ for us!”
