"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. "La camera era pulita e l'hotel è carino, ma se si mette ad OFF e si spegne il ventilatore del riscaldamento nella stanza la ventola non si ferma mai e il rumore di fondo per il ricircolo dell'aria è cosi elevato e fastidioso che non si riesce a dormire! Difetto per me imperdonabile! "

"Le camere non sono male ma la posizione dell'hotel e' pessima. A pochi metri dalla stazione in un quartiere degradato e di fronte ad un centro di accoglienza, con ubriachi e gentaglia ovunque. Per un hotel a 4 stelle trovo assurdo la politica di non pulire le camere e cambiare ascigamani se non viene richiesto alla reception. "
