“We stayed here for 5 nights with friends. It’s a beautiful area really close to the lake with miles of walking/biking trails and fantastic restaurants easy walking distance from the property. We rented a car and took several easy day trips (Neuschwanstein Castle, Regensberg, Dachau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen) and took the train into Munich a few times from the S-Bahn station in nearby Herrsching ( an easy 45 minute train ride). “We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms worked very well for our family of 5 (kids aged 12, 14, 18). It was very nice to have a patio and yard to enjoy as well as the full kitchen. The house is close to grocery shopping and bus/trains. The hosts were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.”

“La casetta è composta da due piani, quello terra e quello seminterrato. Quello terra è molto gradevole e vivibile con molta luce, una bella veranda. Quello seminterrato, almeno d'estate quando non si accendono i riscaldamenti è abbastanza improponibile. C'è un'umidità e un odore di muffa come se si stesse in una cantina e dormire lì non è piacevole. Anche il bagno principale è nel seminterrato. Una volta fatta la doccia è così umido che gli asciugamani il giorno dopo sono ancora bagnati....

“Es war alles soweit un Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Allerdings hätte man gerne vor Ankunft mal feucht durchwischen können. Schließlich bezahlt man ja auch für die Endreinigung. Vielleicht war auch länger keiner mehr da. Lage ist top für Erholungssuchende. Man ist zu Gast auf dem Land, das muss einem klar sein, dann passt es.”

“Das Haus mit seinem netten, ruhigen und schattigen Garten hat uns bei Temperaturen um 30°C vollkommen überzeugt. Aber auch für schlechte Tage bietet das Haus im inneren großzügige Gemeinschaftsfläche und ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Lediglich für die Kaffeemaschine muss man etwas Geduld mitbringen aber wie man an einer solchen Kleinigkeit erkennt haben wir nichts auszusetzen und haben wunderschöne Tage verbracht.
