“少し早くつきましたがチェックインしていただけゆっくり過ごす事ができました！ お掃除も綺麗にされており、お部屋も暖房つけてくれてたので入ってすぐに暖かく過ごせ良かったです(^^)夜のBBQも朝ごはんも美味しかったです★ハンバーグがとても美味しかったです！ ありがとうございました！ またよろしくお願いいたします！”

“Hotel in a very good position - despite the window of the room was in front of the departuring area was well soundproofed - Room was clean bathroom a bit old - For this kind of hotel I recomend to have the timeschedule of the fly directly on TV in the room. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't include in the fare. There isn't quick cofee bar corner.”

“Great location walking distance from Universal Studios and train station plenty of shops and restaurants near by. They offer a variety of amenities and we appreciated the baggage storage area prior to check in. Kids enjoyed the free hotdogs and ice cream. Comfortable beds! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside of our stay was the elevator situation. During our stay we had to wait for an elevator it seemed like maybe only one was working out of the 4.”
