“A really nice backpackers hostel. The rooms were well put together and warm during the winter. Lots of space in the kitchen and lounge and bathrooms are being renovated. “Nautilus is a lovely property with quick access to Abel-Tasman National Park, grocery, restaurants/pubs and shopping! Both of our 2 reserved rooms were large, clean & quiet with very comfortable beds. Fluffy bathroom towels were hung on a heated towel rack. Kitchenette included cooktop, microwave, frig and was fully stocked with lots of serving plates/cups and cookware. Balcony was a nice bonus for private relaxation. Free on-site car parking. Owners are very welcoming and strive to provide...

“We had an incredible stay. The personal service was what really sets this place apart. The apartment we stayed in was tidy and had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable. The beach walkway was a quick stroll from hotel and everywhere you’d want to go in the area was a close drive. We appreciated the customer service most of all. The owner was so nice and welcoming.
