one of the worst stay ever! communication beforehand was 0 - I asked to stay with a friend and what it will cost in addition - I never got any feedback on my request. check in communication was ok - the entrance to the apartment was hart to find apartment is in the 5th floor/no elevator! and some of the stone stairs are broken so that it is insecure to walk them. 1) For further guests I would recommend creating a kind of – how to use the internet/TV 2) The dishwasher was not used when I entered the apartment. The dishes were still dirty. It is not a problem to take everything out – but it was not clean 3) It would have been a better answer to send someone during my stay to clean. Also, that it is good that in the future the “housekeeping” will take more attention – but for my stay the apartment was not clean. I also recommend a make over for the apartment. Furniture are old and do not give a good expression (chairs, table, nightboard are overused). The walls could use a new painting and the nightboard at the bed is damaged. Above the bed is mold – it is unhealthy.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento da 6 persone sito in Grzybowska 9 di fronte al radisson Blu. Il palazzo esternamente è terribile , ascensori mezzi rotti, corridoi malfamati, bottiglie in terra, fili elettrici esposti, una situazione da ghetto. L'appartamento invece è molto carino, con il Parque e la moquette nelle camere, molto pulito . La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima invece per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Quindi consiglio la struttura ma essendo consapevoli della situazione esterna,
