“Great staff”

“We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well”

“Safe room' ”

Musica oltre i decibel consentiti.

Only 2 remarks: wine is ridiculously overpriced as well as the pick up/drop off to the airport. Beside this, St. Regis is always an excellent choice and we would love to...

“Not worth at all.”

“The property needs substantial renovation - many rooms are bit run down and with foul smell...Rest of the things in terms of amenities and other aspects are upto the mark of Taj!”
