  • Holiday home Mely with heated pool in Makarska for 5 people, is located above the town in the hamlet of Kotisina - an idyllic and quiet place with a breathtaking panoramic view of Makarska, the sea and the surrounding islands.

    The house offers a charming living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace with pool. It has a total of three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds (which can also be joined) and one single room. There are a total of two bathrooms with showers available.

    The basic equipment of the Mely house includes a comfortable living room with TV and seating, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine, two terraces, an outdoor grill, TV, CD player, stereo system, air conditioning and Internet access via WiFi. The pool with sea views, an outdoor shower and sun loungers ensure relaxation and recreation.

    Parking spaces and a garage for your car are also available.

Das Objekt entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Alles im gepflegten Zustand und der Pool ist einTraum. Empfehlung an kommende Mieter: Bewaffnen Sie sich gegen Moskitos mit allem was geht. Die Fenster sind Gott sei Dank mit Netzen geschützt aber der Außenbereich ist Moskitogebiet. Eine Empfehlung noch an die Vermieter: über den Winter das kleine Wespennest unterm Dach im Grill Außenbereich wegmachen. Ansonsten 100% zum weiterempfehlen

Alles wunderbar!! Tolles Haus, toller Pool, tolle Aussicht. Wir hatten für die Kinder einen leckeren OSaft und für uns einen noch leckereren Weißwein im Kühlschrank stehen, das war eine nette Überraschung. Die Vermieterin stellte uns auch eine Schale mit Kirschen hin. Das war wirklich sehr lieb. Das Haus war für uns wirklich perfekt!!

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer in imposanter Bergkulisse, perfekte Ausstattung

Wir waren kurzentschlossen auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit Meerblick und mussten uns daher auf die Bewertungen unserer VormieterInnen verlassen. Diese Unterkunft liegt absolut idyllisch und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub braucht: Dadurch dass die Unterkunft in den Ausläufern der Berge liegt, bietet sie beides -- einen Blick auf das Meer und die Inseln mit regelmäßig traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen und genauso einen Blick auf das beeindruckenden Bergpanorama! Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in der quirligen Stadt Makarska oder dem idyllischeren Tulcepi, wo man von ausgezeichneten Restaurants bis zu Bars und großen Supermärkten alles findet. Daneben kann man vom Haus zu verschiedenen Wandertouren unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeit aufbrechen -- sei es durch die Berge oder zu malerischen Buchten und Stränden abseits von Makarska. Und natürlich sind die bekannten Nationalparks in erreichbarer Nähe wie auch Split und die Inseln mit einer Tagestour mit einer der Fähren. Das Haus selbst entspricht in Sauberkeit und Einrichtung mühelos einem sehr gutem Hotel-Standard und versprüht zudem den Charme eines modern restaurieren authentischen Gebäudes. Der private beheizte und nicht einsehbare Pool und die beiden zum Entspannen einladenden Terassen geben einem oft genug gar keine Gründe, das Haus zu verlassen. Ansonten ist das Haus sehr sauber und lässt z.B. auch in der Küche kein Utensil vermissen. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit und stets auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht -- und wir durften uns über ein Starter-Paket im Kühlschrank freuen. Unser Gesamtfazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bergdorfidylle in Kotisina

Ruhe in den Bergen über dem Meer in einem Haus das wir sofort als unser zuhause für die Ferien empfanden und ein großzügiger Empfang von unserer Gastgeberin noch dazu…bravo

Mountain Retreat, close to everything

We stayed with 2 families (Total of 6 people) and enjoyed the great deck with pool away from the summer crowd at Markaska, but still close enough to supermarkets, beaches and city life. House is new with aircon, fully equipped kitchen, great BBQ area. Good location for some hiking in the Biokovo. Markaska is like 1h by walking, supermarket 5 min by car. Contact Melita was extremely nice and we enjoyed our 10 days stay a lot.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer von beiden Terrassen. Sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge! Tolle Außenanlage (Pool, Outdoor-Küche). Pool nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock etwas eng, aber man hält sich ja eh nur draußen auf. Trotz großer Hitze im August sehr angenehm im Freien, da immer ein leichter Wind Kühlung bringt. Garage im Haus für 2 Autos vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Traum Haus

Es war echt ein wahnsinns Urlaub! Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett. Makarska ist eine wunderschöne Stadt. Man kann gut Essen gehen, sowie auch Feiern. Würde das Haus sowie die Stadt jedem Empfehlen!

Traumhaft schön!

Das Haus und die Lage sind Klasse. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer und die Küche haben eine Klimaanlage. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter, die auch nötig sind, da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk sind sehr klein. Im Schlafzimmer kann man nur eine Schranktür öffnen. Die andere Tür wird durch das Bett blockiert. Der Außenbereich um den Pool herum ist super schön. Das Dach am Sitzbereich um den Grill herum wurde in unserer Zeit von Handwerkern abgedeckt. Jetzt ist dort ganztägig Schatten. Das Internet ist ein wenig wackelig. Allerdings finde ich es schon erstaunlich, das es überhaupt Internet gibt. Im unteren Stockwerk und im unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es einen TV mit vielen deutschen Sendern. Wenn 2 Klimaanlagen laufen und der Fön eingeschaltet wird, dann haut es schon mal die Sicherung raus. Die Garage ist so tief, dass u.U. auch 2 Autos hintereinander rein passen. Die Garage ist vom Haus aus erreichbar. Das Tor ist automatisch. Das Haus liegt in der Ortschaft Kotisina (sprich: Kotischna). Die Aussprache ist insofern wichtig, wenn man mit dem Taxi nach Hause möchte. Die Straße die nach Kotisina führt ist teils sehr steil und einspurig. Bei Gegenverkehr wird es schon manchmal etwas "fummelig". Schön wäre, wenn das Haus eine Klingel hätte. In der Zeit als wir da waren kamen Handwerker, Stromableser, Poolreiniger, etc.. Alle kamen einfach und ohne jegliche Anmeldung rein. In einem Haus in dem Hunde erlaubt sind, kann das auch mal schief gehen. Ich denke der Stromableser wird künftig erst einmal rufen ;-) Alles in Allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Rundum perfekt

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Haus Mely und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts! Die Hauseigentümerin war immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ausflüge an den Strand und der Anbau mit Pool und zusätzlichen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer ist äußerst geschmackvoll und rundet das Haus optimal ab. Wir würden immer wieder Urlaub im Haus Mely machen.

A quiet area, ideal for rest

The house is belonging to a small hamlet located at about 5 km above the overcrowded village of Makarska. It offers a direct access to the hiking trails of the Biokovo Mountains. From a small terrace in front of the house you can appreciate a large sea view. On the first floor behind the house, you have a big and suitable barbecue area with quantity of kindling wood available. Downstairs you have a large kitchen/dining room (too lightly equipped) with air-conditioning. On the first floor, you have 2 bedrooms (only one equipped with air conditioning) and the bathroom. On the second floor under the top of the house (without air conditioning), you have a small rustic lounge decorated with many hunting trophies. Direct below the house, a garage is available for the car. The water distributed in the house is not drinkable. There is no shop in the hamlet, so you need a car to reach a huge supermarket (Konzum) located at about 3 kilometers of the house (entry of Makarska). If we have globally appreciated our stay in the Melly house, we would like, according to the expected standing, to mention the following points: an air-conditioning block in the second bedroom would be highly appreciated (it's impossible to stay and sleep without); a better equipment of the terrace located downstairs (longer roof, bigger table and chairs) with a direct access to the kitchen could avoid to relocate systematically the dishes on the first floor to have access to the terrace perfectly sized to take meals; the cooking utensils and the cleaning products are too limited; taking into account the overcrowded beaches around Makarska in high season and the time to reach it, a swimming pool would be highly appreciated.

Idealer Standort zum Wandern im Biokovo-Gebirge

Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem Ortsteil Kotisina, ca. 5 km vom Stadtzentrum von Makarska entfernt. Es ist über eine zwar schmale, aber einwandfrei asphaltierte Straße zu erreichen. Der Ort ist winzig (vielleicht 30-40 Häuser) und verfügt deshalb über keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass ein Auto zwingend erforderlich ist. Wie bei dieser Lage nicht anders zu erwarten, ist es vollkommen ruhig. Am Ortsrand befindet sich der Botanische Garten von Makarska; dort beginnen auch Wanderwege, über die man ins Biokovo-Gebirge gelangt. Das Haus verfügt über Garage; hinter dem Haus ist ein Grillplatz vorhanden. Vom Haus hat man einen schönen Blick hinunter nach Makarska und übers Meer hinweg nach Hvar und Brac. Das Haus ist zwar klein, verfügt aber über eine qualitätvolle Ausstattung und alle für den Urlaub erforderlichen Utensilien. Es war außerordentlich sauber. Internet ist vorhanden. Für uns ein großer Vorteil: Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich mit Fensterläden hinreichend verdunkeln. Ich kann das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus

Es ist ein kleines, aber feines Ferienhaus, das von der Besitzerin geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt.

Fantástico

Este mes de Agosto hemos pasado doce días en Croacia alojados en Villa Steffi. La valoración es muy positiva. Un lugar muy tranquilo ideal para ir en familia, al lado de la playa. Los propietarios muy amables y el apartamento nuevo y muy acogedor. Tanto el apartamento como las instalaciones en general (piscina) muy limpias y cuidadas. Para recomendar.
