“Clean room, staff checked for any left behind items. We were able to keep our luggage there after checking out but before our flight. Food options were ok but juices were artificial and a hair was on the French toast.”

“The hotel is equipped with a large swimming pool and sunbeds where you can tan during the day, the structure is in the average standard of hotels in Chiang Mai. The rooms are clean, everything works properly, hot water and air conditioning. But the five stars are above all for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception, the man and the girl represent Thai hospitality in the best possible way. Thank you”

“Room was spacious and well represented in the photos. Great option of full complementary coffee menu (even the fancier lattes, iced coffees). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Offered to help with local suggestions and offered to resolve a guided tour mix-up. 15 mins grab ride to Old Town, Chiang Mai. The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas and room service was just as well. If we were considering longer stay we would extend our time at De Manor Hotel. ”

“This place is very nice, 15 minutes walk from the center with all you can need around. The rooms was really nice and really clean. Everyday they provide you snacks and water. The staff was really nice and kind. Really reccomended! ”

“Room was very clean and spacious. Really liked the aesthetics of the building, gave a very traditional vibe. Breakfast buffet was very good, made eating a meal in morning easy before starting day’s activities. Great location, 2 minute walk from the night market and ended eating dinner there most nights. Free airport transfer was great and made arriving & departing Chiang Mai so easy. Staff were also wonderful, very helpful with pretty much anything I needed throughout my stay. Overall Had a...
