“The hotel needs to upgrade, the bathroom and shower curtain need to change”

“Amazing 2 nights stay with family. All staff were very helpful and friendly. It is Family-friendly place. You can find food and groceries by walking distance behind the hotel. I will recommended this place to my friends. I'm sure I would choose this place again whenever I come to Jakarta again.”

“ I enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and one thing maybe they should improve is their bed cover because it’s smelly and dirty with stains on it. Overall i enjoy staying here and will come back here again if i visit Jakarta Recommended ”

“Very nice hotel.., More near to shopping centre.. Employ very nice..”

“Value for money, the room is clean, quiet and the staff are good, but they didn't provide sandals :)”

“Very good and Excellent service ”

“I stayed there for 9 nights in first week of August and I am very happy. It is only 3 months old from being upgraded from Ibis to Mercure of the Accor chain hotel. Hence everything looks new, clean and fresh. All the staff go beyond their way to make this trip and stay a pleasant one for me. So thank you everyone.”

“Hotel is nice even though its small. What I dont like is the room is very noisy and not soundproof like it said on Expedia.”

“Amazing stay. I will definitely come back here if I were to visit West Jakarta again”
