La Royal Executive Suite

L'apartamento si trova nell'edificio "Azul Mediterráneo". È situato in prima fila nella zona della Malagueta, la zona residenziale più esclusiva di Malaga e il punto in cui si trova "Muelle 1", la zona nuvolosa dell'oceano, comprendente il porto sportivo della città.
Situati in un'ottava planta, tra cielo e mare, la nostra suite, la piazza del sole e il sole, costituiti da un balcone a forma di azule e calle aguas del Mediterraneo, vieni da una visione diffusa di imperdibili vedute della baia di Malaga e di Spagna interno.
La suite è stata concepita per disfruttare le funzioni di ampli e abbiette, che possono essere fatte con le stelle in giapponese e preservare l'intimità. Tiene tre dormitori dobles, dos de ellos con dos camas individuales que pueden transformarse en a cama doble si lo solicitas, un amplio salón, dos baños y una cálida y soleada terraza abierta al mar que puedes disfrutar en verano y en invierno por su cierre de cortinas de cristal. Cuenta con l'attrezzatura necessaria per la distribuzione di offerte di comfort, inclusi lavavajillas, secadora e Smart TV per la connessione a Internet.
Se encuentra, a cinco minutos andando nel centro storico, rodeado de restaurantes, Usaados, farmacias, bancos y todos los servicios, a 15 minutos of the airport of Torremolinos y muy cerca the estación de tren y buses que is encuentran en el center de la ciudad.

La posizione della casa è tattica: attaccata alla spiaggia e vicinissimo a servizi essenziali come supermercato e farmacia, a 5 minuti dal Muelle 1 e a 10 minuti dal centro storico. La casa in sé è magnifica, pulita e con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Tony inoltre è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Manuel was great communicator pre arrival and on arrival. The apartment was is a great location , it is just like the pictures you see on line. Only downside you could hear the TV from next door. We didn’t use the TV because the view is out of this world and would have liked to have stayed longer. I will recommend this apartment for everything above, and when I come back to Malaga with my husband Manuel is the first person I would contact to see if the apartment is free. Thank you for everything we had an amazing time, and was lucky with the weather.

Lovely property right on the beach with180 degree views of the sea.Just a short walk from the Historic Centre and SOHO.Easy check-in and check-out. Modern, clean and well-decorated.Only thing missing was cooking oil and paper towel - would have been nice, but not essential.

When we arrived we meet our host at the door. He showed us how to get in, walked us through the unit, and then was very stern on what the rules were. I didn’t appreciate the way he talked to my family, but it sounded like he has dealt with many people coming and throwing parties in the unit. We then encountered a couple of problems during our stay. Then after a couple of days we noticed there was a leak which turned into a flow of water coming from the wall under the bathroom sink. The host said to contact him with any issues and he would get back to me fast. Well, that didn’t happen and the following day he wanted me to take pictures to send to him. Since I couldn’t send

I stayed at this property for 2 months. Everything about it was wonderful, except there was very little storage space, and the kitchen didn't have an oven and was too tiny to be functional. It would be perfect for a week, but it's too small for 6 adults. The view was spectacular. I loved the neighborhood and the location was convenient to everything. Manuel, the owner was very responsive. He lives in the same building, so he was just minutes away.

The condo is centrally located to restaurants, sites and shopping. The host, Manuel, was very accommodating and made sure we were totally familiar with all aspects of the condo and the surrounding area. The condo is great and roomy. We were a family of 5 so there was plenty of room. Two of the bedrooms are smaller in size but have closets with shelves and a hanging bar for clothes. The larger bedroom is nice in size, has a small dresser and a closet with shelves but no place to hang clothes. The beds are very comfortable. As a side note, the bedroom located next to the outside patio, picks up the TV sounds from the condo next door do if you are a light sleeper choose another room. The showers are very small so if you are a larger person, you may have some issues maneuvering in the tight space. We really did not use the kitchen area other than storing beverages in the refrigerator. There is a cooktop, a microwave and a dishwasher, but no oven. There is an electric water kettle and some sort of a Keurig type coffee machine, but no coffee brewer. We did not eat any meals in the condo. For breakfast we ate at the Bar Venus, located outside of the condo. The beach is nice. Chairs can be rented at 2 locations, at a cost of $7 euros per chair. These locations have permanent thatch umbrellas. If renting a car, keep in mind there are very few places to park the car. We rented a space from Manuel.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The views were unbelievable. We were steps from the beach and just a short walk into town. The owner met us, helped us park and even helped with our luggage before he walked us through the unit. There was a grocery store a minute from the apartment, which we utilized quite a bit. Make sure to pack your own beach towels and any extras you may need for cooking. We had a wonderful stay in Malaga!

The views from this apartment were incredible! We caught the sunrise on both days of our stay and on one day we also saw a school of dolphins playing in the water, fantastic! The apartment was very clean and spacious with 3 twin bedrooms and two shower rooms. The outdoor, enclosed terrace was lovely, although the seating could have been a bit more comfortable! Being on the 8th floor, we needed to use the lift and it broke on our second day, but there are 3 other lifts in the building, so it wasn't a major problem. There was a lot of noise from next door's TV in the evenings, but that's apartment living. There was also a lot of noise in the mornings when they were cleaning the beach, but that's the price you pay for such a stunning frontline view!

Loved this place. The views were incredible and the apartment is fabulous. I loved the fact that it was very close to a grocery store and obviously the beach. The beds are comfortable and seating very nice. The only thing to know, is that is minimally stocked with items, such as paper towels, oils etc. so you will need to purchase or bring what you need. That is a minor detail for how great the place. is. I really appreciated working with the host to be able to drop off our luggage so we could explore the city, Thank you.

Excellent location, right next to the beach and close to restaurants. Condo was new and clean, and everything worked fine. Supermarket right around the corner, and all the major sights were within walking distance.

Dejlig lejlighed med 3 værelser og 2 badeværelser hvor hver enkelt værelse kan lukkes af så det også er muligt at være alene hvis man har behov for det, og så den mest fantastiske udsigt over La Malagueta stranden. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.
