Big 4 bed/3 bath home at end of wooded street right on lake. Property has a quiet, private feel. Homes on either side face away from the property, so backyard (faces SE) feels huge & secluded - never saw any neighbors. Backyard is big enough for kids to throw balls & frisbees. Large shade trees. Good grass - can walk through backyard barefoot. View looks over lake to the tree'd shoreline on other side. You are Not looking right into other yards. The dock was sturdy & in good condition (lift for kayaks out of order, but we just pulled them down). There is a beach type area where you can just walk into the lake for swimming (lake was low during our stay, so this may not always be the case) Kids built "mud castles" there. Partially Covered back porch is small-medium and has fans; lots of outdoor chairs available, but no outdoor table at our visit. Medium size grill on back porch was easy to use. Big firepit was fun for smores and you will see STARS. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, cookie sheets, skillets, plates, toaster, serving trays, salt, pepper. I even saw an ice cream maker & crock pot tucked up in the pantry. Bedrooms feel homey and inviting with real furnishings (not bare & cheap like some rentals). The shared downstairs bathroom has the vanity in a separate area than the toilet/tub making it user friendly for big groups. Teens liked the upstairs game room. Great place for 3 couples and elementary to teen kids; Family get aways. Indoor fireplace is for show
