“The guy who greeted us, Hafiz, was unfortunately the most unfriendly person we met during our time in Malaysia. Check in was not a very good experience, we had just had a 13 hour flight and an hour in a taxi then when we arrived we had to wait for a long time with young children who needed to go to the toilet and we had to wait outside in 32 degrees humid weather with all our bags for hafiz to casually stroll down to take us up to our room. The apartment was ok, really nothing special at all....
