“In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it.”

“Kitchen wise , have not have enough pot and pan to cook, and also plates and bowl , no tea towel provided, laundry have no detergent provides, hanger is Very limited Bathroom don’t have a power point to use , and at last there is no dinning table ”

“The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. “Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...
