“The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

“Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra läge. Tillgång till stor pool på 46:e våningen var en mycket trevlig överraskning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Tack Mobinul Karim!”

“Very convenient place to stay, and really safe place also. Many places to go around, KLCC, Bukit Bintang can go by walk. Nice and clean facilities ”

“It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.”

“Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days. ”

“I want to say a million thanks to the staff at Five Senses for their exceptional service. As a solo traveler, I made a last-minute request, and they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made my experience memorable. I deeply appreciate their effort and highly recommend their service”
