“家族5人旅行で4泊利用しました。ショッピングモール内のホテルなので食事や生活用品をすぐに購入できてとっても便利でした。モール内のレストランで食事も可能で小さな子連れに快適でした。部屋はとても清潔で異臭などもありません。洗濯機があるので洗濯もできます。洗剤も置いてあります。フロント対応も非常に親切でした。セキュリティが厳重で安心でした。クアラルンプールに再訪したらまた利用します。”

“I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me. Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

“Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient.”
