"apparently the hotel is nice, however there is a catastrophic detail that make this hotel terrible: the window are made with single glass. so during the day you hear noise and vibrations from the street. during the night, it is even worse. you hear the music from the clubs nearby and above all the motorbike runners between 3 and 4am. i was unable to sleep without ear plugs. the front face of the hotel that looks towards the Petronas Towers is even worse. there is a building in construction nearby and the noise from there is very strong. "

"Il resot in generale non è affatto un 5 stelle, al massimo 3 stelle. La pulizia delle camere appena sufficiente, tutta la parte destra del villaggio non ha accesso alla spiaggia (ci sono una barriera di scogli sulla battigia) e tutti stavano in piscina o sull'altro latro del resort. La colazione e i pasti erano mediocri"
