“Il bagno si è intasato al primo utilizzo. Riparato. Il giorno successivo si è allagato il bagno. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza per la riparazione. Al rientro ci hanno detto che dovevamo cambiare camera. Struttura non adeguata alle 5 stelle millantate. Impianti vecchi. Albergo da sconsigliare. Serve una importante ristrutturazione ”

“Nice location on the beach but....because of the tide the sea water is not clear, you don't see any fish or your feet on the water. Very disappointed! In fact just a few people on the beach and nobody in the sea. Also the sand at the Westin is not the one you expect when you travel so far. You need shoes to walk on the sand. Nice pool, family/children oriented. Food was ok, more Arabic/Indian taste. Nice room and clean. No nightlife around....but i guess you are not in Langkawi for that....

“This hotel is a bit run-down, for a 4 star. carpet was dirty, electricity socket was coming out of its place and various other small things. But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager.
