An unforgettable experience awaits you at these traditionally wooden-stone-built villas, natural beauty combined with interior comforts can satisfy even the most demanding guest.
This property is a combination of 4 different apartments. There are 2 apartments of 100sqm each, where there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with 3 single beds in each one of them. Total 5 persons in each of these 2 apartments. Moreover, there is a veranda with amazing views of the landscape and sea.
Then there is another studio with one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
Lastly, on the back side of the property, there is another maisonette apartment with 1 double bedroom and one more bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All 4 apartments are fully equipped since they all have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathrooms.

Every apartment has an elegant living room with a fireplace, television, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances such as a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

•A communal play area of 100 sqm on the ground level of the villa with direct access to the pool, where you can also have dinner or lunch all together. There is a bathroom, a Smart TV, a ping pong table, a football table, music, etc

•Outside Area:

-Protected BBQ area from the wind along with kitchen and a dining table

ATTENTION:
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €65 per day for both pools, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-19 people sleep in real beds and then there is a possibility to host 4 more persons, so up to 23 in the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments.

-After the 19th guest there is an extra charge per person per night that is not included in the price you see.

- The leader of the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

-Common quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.

After 23:00 the music should be very low or play music indoors.

1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. . Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. The leader of the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

10. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

11. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

12. After the 19th guest there is an extra charge per person per night that is not included in the price you see.

13.The use of fireworks is strictly forbidden during the weddings or any other special occasions which take place at the villas.
