“As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.”

“Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.”

“Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“This place has made a huge transformation! My last visit 8yrs ago was horrible, it was a haven for drugs, prostitution and all sorts of bad things the rooms were awful. But my family and I recently visited and the rooms were amazing! Very spacious and very clean. Staff was great! Outside was always clean and they even added a water fountain out front and the landscape was nice as well. I definitely recommend them.”
