Hotel vicino a Mall of the South - Johannesburg

“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. Thank you to Tania and her staff, you deserve another star!”

“We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !”

“The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety.. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.”

“There's black mold all over the shower wall, in the kitchen above the cupboard as well, and a bit starting to grow on the ceiling above the bed. The lady working there was very friendly though. The place is quite outdated. I didn’t care about much I just wanted to shower and rest after a long flight but due to the black mold all over the bathroom I was too uncomfortable to shower.”

“Quarto fora da propriedade, precisa passar pela chuva quando chove. O chuveiro não esquenta, tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto, inclusive sair na chuva de manhã pra fazer isso. Café da manhã limitado. Funcionários do restaurante sem vontade de atender.”

“My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house.”
