“HI !!! I booked the Hotel cause it is close to the Lima Airport and the price was almost 50% off the standard rate (I paid 48 $) . The problem is that the windows are not SOUND PROOF so a lot of noise due to the landing flights . There is not airconditioning but only a fan . The room was relatively cold cause the outside temperature was around 15°C : in summer it would be a disaster cause the temperature could be over 30°C and the landing aircraft noise would be absurd . “It’s a small room by USA standards, but a great value. My room was clean, the shower hot, AND they offered me an upgrade (I don’t know why). Bonus mirror by the bed! Some noise from other rooms and the bar. It’s in a working neighborhood, but you can walk two blocks to Mercado Santa Rosa for breakfast, fruit, and early dinner. Calle 5 is on the cooperative van route to port attractions: naval museum, Submarine Abtao, and Islas Palominos. It’s an inexpensive urban hotel run by nice, helpful...
