“Staff was extremely friendly. The dining staff was very helpful, always smiling and attentive. The food was excellent with a wonderful lavish spread for breakfast. The front desk equipped my Mom with a wheelchair and were always available to help her with in and out of the taxi. All in all, an excellent experience!”

“I stay for 6 nights at Shangri-lain Bangalore. very nice hotel, clean, rooms are very nice, big and with a very good smell. I've tried two of the 4 restaurants and the quality of food is good. One thing I didn't like, that at the buffet restaurant, if you do not ask for a bottle water they bring you a glass of water...and in India this is not a good choice.”

“I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Taj West End. It is a splendid heritage hotel set in quiet beautiful gardens. It is well located in the centre of Bengalaru. The rooms are very well appointed, and the staff are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening refreshments provided in the Taj Club Lounge. I booked airport transfers through the hotel and was very impressed and grateful for the Concierge service that is provided at the Airport.”
