“"The property is beautiful designed and maintained, the location is excellent, close to the mall road, the rooms were specious, well-furnished, and offered stunning view of the hills. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. ”

“Room - Average cleaning. Staff- Single staff so unable to provide help to all the guest. Amenities- worst, Geyser is available in only selected rooms. Water facilities was not working for 5 hours due to technical issue during our stay. If maintained well this stay could have been good as the property is okay but their is almost zero maintenance. Atleast the router and electricity was there which is why I gave 2 star.”

“There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.”

“Very bad approach to the hotel. Food was very bad and room/ bathroom was very unhygienic. Highly disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone.”
