Soggiornato per diversi anni e sempre stato molto bene....unica pecca il servizio ristorazione leggermente peggiorato ma comunque nel complesso accettabile

Ottima posizione, struttura abbastanza curata e ristrutturata, camera confortevole. L'unica cosa negativa è che avendo la camera lato piscina la mattina veniva un forte odore di disifettante.

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia
Questo Hotel si trova a 150 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di playa de muro. Noi avevamo l'appartamento (con 1\2 pensione). Ci siamo trovati decisamente molto bene. La colazione continentale è ottima e anche la cena è varia e buona. Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile e cordiale. Sono a disposizione dei clienti 2 piscine molto apprezzate dai miei figli. Da qua è possibile raggiungere tutte le località anche quelle più lontane in circa 1 ora di macchina.

Really pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stay here! The staff were really lovely and the room was more impressive than the photos. Parking is a little bit annoying if you come back later in the evening but you’re never too far from the hotel.

schöne Ferien, Unterkunft im unteren Mittelmass
Check-in war tiptop, Entfernung vom Strand ist auch super. Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht mehr - z.T. konnten die Schranktüren nicht geschlossen werden, überall sind etwas die Spuren der Zeit zu sehen. WC / Dusche ist schön, die Dusche hat z.B. aber kleines Glaspanel zum Schliessen (der halbe Durchgang ist noch offen) und so ist nach dem Duschen doch ein gutes Stücks des WC-Bodens nass. Küchenausstattung ist gut; leider wird aber weder das Trocknungstuch, noch der Abwaschlappen z.B. nach einer Woche einmal getauscht. Induktionskochfeld mit zwei Platten ist sicher und praktisch. Bei den der Strasse zugewandten Zimmern gibt es einiges an Strassenlärm - dafür hat man einen wirklich grossen Balkon. WLAN ist vorhanden wenn es gerade funktioniert - wir hatten in unserer Wohnung während drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen kein WLAN; die Reception darauf angesprochen war die Reaktion: "ja, im Haus 2 haben wir immer wieder Probleme damit" Unten im Komplex und im Innenhof sind irgendwelche Läden eingemietet. Gewisse Betreiber dieser Shops kümmern sich nicht um die Hotelgäste und schlagen auch weit ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten und bis nach Mitternacht waren um. Dies kann sehr laut & störend sein. Allgemein ist der Komplex ringhörig. Die gratis Möglichkeit zum Duschen in einem Zimmer nach Check-out am Abreisetag haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien, werden ein anderes Mal in Muro aber wohl nach einer anderen Unterkunft Ausschau halten.

Le personnel ne parle pas français mais ils sont tous très agréable à l'accueil comme au restaurant. Appartement confortable et propre. La plage est accessible à pied et plusieurs magasins de souvenirs ouverts tard pour une balade nocturne. Le bus passe toutes les 15 min proche de l'hôtel, très pratique.

The Good: mostly clean with modern rooms, and well maintained medium-sized pools. Close to half a dozen decent restaurants and the excellent beach (albeit very crowded). Friendly reception, entertainment, and cleaning staff. The Bad: The immediate surroundings outside are busy with trash on the ground and a poorly maintained park. A large tree branch fell into the pool area during our stay. The air con was very weak and ineffective. The wifi went down for a couple of days but was fixed within 48 hours. The cleaners missed our room on 5 out of 6 days. A laundry strike meant we couldn’t get fresh towels until day 4. The check in system needs updating as it took 15 mins to get our keys. Don’t expect to get taxis but there are frequent buses for getting to the port and the old town. The Ugly: They advertise building 1 and its pool but half of guests are placed in building 2 around the corner. The property between them is owned separately and includes shops, a park, and an outdoor bar which plays loud music until midnight. We (2 adults & 2 kids) were put in building 2 above the bar, which was noisy as hell and smelled of cigarette smoke; we couldn’t open the balcony door or go outside. We stayed there for one night until we could be moved to the opposite side of building 2 for the remainder which was much better. However because the room allocation is pot luck, I would not go back nor recommend this hotel.

Jättebra hotell med fina lägenheter, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gångavstånd till den fina Alcudia-stranden. Det enda minus var poolen tyvärr inte var den renaste. Det var mycket folk som badade och med barn är poolen en viktig del av resan. Utöver detta var allt toppen!

Bra rum i lugnt, fint område och nära till den jättefina stranden! Bra med kylskåp på rummet. Det var inte jättemycket folk på stranden eller vid poolen vilket var skönt. Vi hade halvpension. Maten var ok. Man betalar för dryck. Läsken smakade ingenting så hädanefter blev det vatten på flaska. Vi bad att få bo nära de vi reste med och vi fick rummen bredvid varandra. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen.

Havde ikke forventet, at der var så mange skrigende børn. Vi boede i Lago II på 1 sal, men fra forretningen i grundplan blev der konstant røget Weed , meget generende . Der er et dejligt personale , go’ underholdning , rengøringen er fin.

We stayed there for 9 days. Really great hotel for families, clean big apartments, very good breakfast and dinner, kind and positive staff (both at reception and canteen) We were lucky as our room was facing street, less lucky might listen to the very loud music from the bar. Overall it's an amazing family focused hotel. Thanks to staff who made our stay pleasant

I arrived early at the property, whereby the staff went out of their way way to provide my accommodation. I was also upgraded free of charge to a one bed, as the studio I had selected had been double-booked. The whole team were pleasant and polite at all times, and dealt with all my queries efficiently. The onsite cycle hire was useful, though the bikes could be a bit more up-to-date considering the hire charges (almost 100 euros for 2 days) be aware helmets, pedals etc. are all extras. I found the area a bit quiet in terms of evening entertainment, though a short bus ride into Alcudia soon remedied that.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Park Hotel! Stuff has very personalised attitude to each customer. They brought us a birthday present and were really concerned when we needed medical assistance. Our son enjoyed animation team and never missed a single mini disco. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Muro!

Veldig fint og nyoppusset hotellrom med stor plass. Kjøkkenet var utstyrt med absolutt alt man måtte trenge for å lage mat. Komfortabel sofa, seng helt ok. Renholdet var litt dårlig til tider, gulvet ble aldri rengjort og ila en ukes opphold var de kun innom 3 ganger. Terrassen var vendt mot kveldssola, og ble så varm at til og med håndtaket på døra var farlig å røre, så vi fikk dessverre ikke brukt den på kveldstid.

The rooms are nice with kitchenette & balcony. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The hotel is well located with a nice pool, bar and restaurant. However, the property just opened after being closed for 2 years due to Covid. So lot of issues with door keys, tv and appliances in the room. They were fixed promptly but these items should have been inspected and fixed prior to hotel’s re-opening rather than inconveniencing guests during their stay. Except for that, it’s a very nice place to stay..

Хороший отель на твёрдые 3 европейских звёзды. Пляж через дорогу (надо пересечь центральную улицу, но движение по ней неактивное и много переходов). Завтраки однообразные, но есть всё, что нужно: яйца разных видов, сосиски-колбасы, каша, хлопья, сыры и йогурты, Фрукты. Не хватает арбузов - они тут безумно вкусные, но выдают их только на ужин. На ужинах тоже довольно большой выбор. В том числе вегетарианская еда. Номера убирают ежедневно кроме среды и субботы. Есть микрокухня с необходимым минимумом для готовки. Кондиционер работает исправно. В целом за эти деньги рекомендую этот отель.

Das Badezimmer des Apartments war akzeptabel, Dusche war super wegen der größe. Leider war der Klodeckel ekelhaft, es waren spuren sichtbar die durch Desinfektionstücher nicht wegzuwischen waren. Der Klodeckel gehört dringend ausgetauscht. Unterkunt abgenutzt, Sauberkeit wurde insgesamt nicht großgeschrieben. Sofa in der Unterkunft schmutzig. Bett war ganz ok. Küche hat gepasst. Rezeptionist war freundlich und sympathisch.

I relaxed in this place with my family for one week, it's a Very good hotel with all amenities included (fridge, dryer, towels, soap, swimming pool etc.), room very cleaned (except for the balcony but who care). The apt. was in the second building, it was for four people but they didn't inform us before that two beds were to be open/prepared from a sofa bed, a bit small bed in the living room. :-( Breakfast very rich with salty and sweet food, Dinner is the weak point of this place, self-service only and poor in quality, paella not very good (never seen a very good and fresh paella de mar, fluffy rice and poor of seafood) a lot of breaded food every day without a proper beef, stale, fluffy and old pasta with only one tomato sauce .. unbeatable. (no parmesan at all) I've never seen a steak or beef in one week, they only grill lamb chops, or pork but only once/twice a week. Bahh.. It's a pity because with a bit effort more it could be a very valuable hotel.

Apartments mit etwas Service
Die Apartments sind inwendig ziemlich neu und schön renoviert, die Gesamtanlage bietet aber einen durchschnittlichen Standard. Wir hatten wohl eines der allerbesten Apartments der Anlage - gerade um die Ecke von der Hauptstrasse aus und somit etwas abgeschirmt gegen den Lärm von dort, Meerblick und unter uns die ruhige Autovermietung und nicht das Abendprogramm. Viele Apartments sind entweder auf den Pool (mit nur wenig oder keiner Meersicht), die Strasse oder den Park mit Abendprogramm ausgerichtet. Frühstück im Lago Park ist ziemlich teuer - da waren wir nie (haben im Apartment für uns gegessen), für Safe und Kinderstuhl war ein Entgeld fällig. Der Reinigungsservice liess zu wünschen übrig (die Spiegel wurden in den 12 Tagen nie geputzt); einmal waren wir anwesend und haben gesehen, wie schnell und oberflächlich "geputzt" wurde. Etwas wischen, mit dem schon oft gebrauchten Wasser Boden aufnehmen, ... . Küche ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich gut verpflegen kann (genügend Geschirr und Pfannen, Induktions(!)herd); leider wurde z.B. kein Abwaschmittel bereitgestellt (hatten wir in anderen Apartments schon, dass ein kleines Kit mit Abwaschmittel, Schwamm etc. bereitgestellt wurde - kleiner Aufwand, grosse Wirkung!), Möbel sind robust und super. Strand ist fantastisch, Strandnähe auch optimal. Alcudia sofort wieder, ob's Lago Park sein wird, werden wir sehen... Der Fotograf holte für die Bilder auf dem Portal alles heraus und machte seinerseits einen super Job! ;-)

Lago Park “2” self catering apartment
Had a lovely 4 nights stay in self-catering apartment. Cleaners most days. Room very clean. We booked Lago Park, but ended up next door in “lago park 2”. Was quieter, so suited us with young family. All entertainment and pool bar etc is in Lago Park 1, so be sure to specify preference.

Séjour au mois d’aout 2019 largo park2
Appartement propre et fonctionnel mais il y a beaucoup de bruit en soirée . Cela nous a empêché de dormir parfois jusqu’à 3 heures du matin malgré que nous soyons au 3 étage. Car la première nuit nous étions au 1er étage nous avions l’impression que les personnes en bas étaient chez nous en train de parler .
