The property is spacious and clean, with lots of outside space, including lemon trees. The pool is a treat, and just right for the two of us. The bedroom we used and the living room both have air conditioning, which was a must in June. The furnishings are appropriate, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, including a full oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Antonio is very friendly, and met us on arrival with helpful information.The house is in a residential area and the neighbours were mainly quiet. We had lots of bird visitors to the garden, which was lovely. There is a beautiful beach about 10 minutes' walk away in one direction, and the port, then town of Can Picafort take about the same time to walk in the other direction. We decided that the restaurants at the harbour end of the town were the nicest, which is the closest end for us to walk to. We had a car, which was useful for trips to local supermarkets, although as Lidl is fairly close you could walk there in about 15 minutes. I've given 4 stars for the accuracy of the listing as the photos are a little out of date and included a gym / garage that wasn't available and perhaps suggests there are bikes at the property (although we weren't bothered about this!).
