Struttura stupenda, pulita, bella e confortevole. La piscina e la SPA sono le cose migliori, come anche le colazioni e cena al buffet, unica pecca il bere a pagamento durante la cena, almeno l'acqua si potrebbe includere nei pasti. Esperienza consigliatissima

La struttura si presta elegante e estremamente confortevole, ma già qui sorgono i primi disappunti. A tutti gli ospiti durante il welcome è riservato un drink dì champagne per alleviare l’attesa del check-in, tranne che a noi. Volendo tralasciare la totale non conoscenza della lingua italiana, ci saremmo aspettati di avere la possibilità di comunicare in lingua inglese e questo ci è parso molto difficoltoso. Oltre al non essere stati accompagnati in stanza, Per qualsiasi tipo di informazione relativi ai servizi offerti, è stata sempre nostra discrezione il doversi informare. Seppur insoddisfatti, la bellezza e maestosità che ci si presenta alla vista dal primo passo dell’entrata principale fino all’ingresso della camera quasi ci fa dimenticare i problemi. Accomodati e sistemati decidiamo di rilassarci in Spa; curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale del bar è risultato particolarmente disponibile accontentando qualsiasi nostra richiesta Tornati in stanza il clima di relax viene interrotto dal mancato funzionamento dei riscaldamenti che è persistito per tutto il soggiorno. La prima colazione è risultata pienamente soddisfacente, variegata, gustosa e apprezzata. Un tasto dolente è stato sicuramente quello relativo alla pulizia della camera che purtroppo non abbiamo ben compreso quando e come avvenisse. Nonostante i difetti, non ci sentiamo di non consigliarla a chi leggesse questa recensione. Adios, Sergio&Ale

THE BEST HOTEL/PRICE
Colazioni eccessivamente buone e ricche, cene spettacolari dove oltre ad avere un ricco buffet hanno 4-5 luoghi dove puoi mangiare pesce/carne/pasta fatta sul momento oltre che a molte pietanze del luogo.. non parlo di merluzzo o hamburger/wustel fatti al momento, ma bensì di San Pietro, Salmone, Orata, Tonno, Spigola e Filetto di Manzo, Fegato ecc. Una nota positiva è che avendo avuta libera una Junior suite hanno deciso di farmi un upgrade della stanza senza pagare nulla! Piscina sempre pulitissima. Nota positiva ai cocktail, molto ma molto buoni (e tutto sommato anche nella norma con i prezzi per essere un 5stelle) Camere sempre pulitissime, la biancheria viene cambiata giornalmente e in qualsiasi orario (le lenzuola su richiesta, ma gratis). Viene parlato prevalentemente spagnolo e tedesco (a volte i ragazzi alla reception non capivano a pieno ciò che chiedevo in Inglese- da migliorare ciò). La zona per il mare è molto buona, è bello e limpido. (dista circa 500-600m dal mare e 900m dalla prima spiaggia libera) Per la movida è una delle migliori dopo Magaluf, pieno di bar e purtroppo di tedesci ubriachi e a volte molesti... COMUNQUE, CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Das Hotel ist neuwertig, ausgestattet mit chicen Möbeln sowie mit hellen, lichten und einladenden Räumlichkeiten - sowohl die Zimmer wie auch alle öffentlichen Räume. Es gibt einen kleinen Spabereich mit Indoorpool und einen sehr großen Pool. Das gesamte Personal sowie der Service ist hervorragend.
