We take into account all of them with the aim of the constant improvement and this is why it is very important for us to know about the experience of our customers. We are very happy to read that you enjoyed your stay and specially of the landscape and the views. Canyamel is a very relaxed place, far from the overcrowded areas. With the idea of conserving the quite of the hotel, we planned animation a couple of evening per week but we offer the option of going to the neighbour's hotel, also belonging to Universal, for the customers that wish more entretainment, where Benji oganize diferent activities all day long. Eventhough, there are many activities the can be done in this area, like visiting Arta's cave (15 min walking from the hotel), the weekly market in Arta (8 km from the hotel) or Cala Ratjada (12 km from the hotel), with plenty of artesanal objects and food, typical from the island, without mentioning all the beautiful ways all around here with amazing landscapes and little bays. Referencing the food, it is very complicated to make everybody happy but we take your suggestions into account with the aim of adapting it to the maximum of customers. The sunbeds system was build this way to avoid conflicts between customers and to ensure the customer a sunbed for the whole stay. In the other side, the turistic tax has to be payed in all the hotels... It is something ruled by the state and it is not in our hands to change it. In any case, we hope to welcome you back very soon to hotel, having the opportunity to provide you a better service.

Du reste de vos commentaires et réclamations, vous dire que le degré de satisfaction de la clientèle est élevé dans tous les sens, y compris la qualité et la variété de nos Buffets. Guten Tag Wir freuen uns, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben sowie personalservice, andererseits nehmen wir Ihre Kommentare zum Küchenpersonal zur Kenntnis. In Bezug auf die abendliche Unterhaltung gibt es nur 3 Abend in der Woche Musikvorführungen, die um 10:30 Uhr beendet sind, ausnahmsweise 10 Minuten länger dauern können, sodass unsere Kunden uns in zahlreichen Kommentaren als ruhiges Urlaubsziel bezeichnen, wie wir fühlen auch, dass das Essen nicht ganz nach Ihren Wünschen war, aber in der gleichen Weise sind die Kommentare unserer Kunden zu diesem Thema sehr unterschiedlich, jedoch werden alle Kritikpunkte berücksichtigt. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wlan-Netzwerk, die bereits behoben wurden. Außerdem wurde die Abdeckung im gesamten Hotel mit 9 neuen extra Punkten erweitert. In den Aufzügen maximal 4 Personen oder 375 kg. das sind die Sicherheitsnormen. Viele Grüße und bis bald!

Buenos días Gemma, Nos alegramos que haya disfrutado de su estancia y agradecemos tus comentarios, tanto los positivos como aquellos en los que estas en desacuerdo, estos nos sirven para marcarnos objetivos de mejora. En efecto la tasa turística es elevada y estamos totalmente en desacuerdo con el sistema, ya que son los establecimientos hoteleros los encargados de la recaudación. Sentimos la impresión causada por el personal de comedor y se pondrán medios para que no vuelva a suceder. En relación a las hamacas, el espacio físico de la terraza y jardín donde están ubicadas es escaso, ello nos lleva a emplear este sistema para su mejor gestión y evitar problemas. Saludos cordiales y esperamos su próxima visita.

Good afternoon, We are glad that you at least enjoyed the location and tranquility of the Hotel. Regarding the room, you received a double room with a double bed of 1.50 m., In any case was it individual, if you request it the Reception you would have changed it to one with two beds. We doubt that the staff behaved rudely, they simply informed you that the option of changing all-inclusive was not possible for 1 day, and really the change is only posible from 4 days, we feel that this fact will change your opinion and satisfaction regarding to the food, luckily many of our clients do recommend us to family and friends because the level of repeat customers is very high. In any case, we invite you to visit the Castell Royal again, book directly all-inclusive and you will surely change your mind. Best regards
