Una settimana di relax
Viva Blue è perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia , camere confortevoli con cucinino a due passi dal mare e dai ristoranti e negozi . I bambini hanno adorato le piscine e gli scivoli e noi la vicinanza con le spiagge dalle acque stupende . Possibilità di escursioni a pagamento o di affittare l'auto . Insomma solo una parola d'ordine relax . Unica pecca il cibo l'albergo non è assolutamente frequentato da italiani di conseguenza la cucina e per i tedeschi e gli inglesi . Ma lo consiglierei !

We loved pretty much everything about our stay at Viva Blue. It is very family friendly and my 5/8yr olds loved the entertainment and activities. Huge shout out to chef Victor who was absolutely amazing, my daughter is coeliac and this was our first trip away since diagnosis, he made it very easy, showed us all the gluten free options, and even offered to cook options for her from scratch which he did 3 evenings. Certainly there were some things that pointed to being too busy (slow service esp in el patio), and some housekeeping quibbles, but we really enjoyed our stay

There was no hotel parking as advertised, only street parking. No coffee or tea in rooms. Nothing at all is included. Food was mediocre and the hotel grounds were good.

This hotel is great, but made fantastic by the staff. All staff from the waiters, bar staff, cleaners and gardeners are all extremely friendly and attentive. Be aware that you are only allowed to eat at the A la Carte restaurant once during the week within your all inclusive deal. This was not something I was made aware of until I tried to book a table for the second time.

The property was really nice. Our room was nice, besides my kids uncomfortable bed. They had a pull up sofa and it wasn’t that great. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. The buffet food was delicious. However for those on diet like myself was hard to say no to the food and alcoholic drinks, so If you’re on diet of some sort, I suggest you don’t book all inclusive. The staff was terrific. They’re very attending and helpful, especially the waiting staff at the buffet. They were ‘flying’ to get our drinks, refills, and made sure everything was okay. The waiting staff surely makes a difference on a hotel stay especially when you’re all inclusive and they’re always there to help you from kids wanting things non stop to preparing capuccino on the go. I would definitely come back to Palma. And I can surely see myself living there. Very safe and beautiful little towns. Thank you Palma for your hospitality:)

Great pool, gym and bike facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was, in general, pretty good. Looked to be great for families, too, with lots of activities and staffers who genuinely loved kids. Recommended for families and triathletes. The biggest downside was the location next to a large wetlands and the resulting plague of mosquitoes.

I loved the endless space, welcoming staff & cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel offers lots of space with varying amenities such as adults/kids pools, 24 hour gym & lots of activities!

비바블루에서 지내는 것을 강력하게 추천합니다. 하루하루 지내다보면 비바블루 매력에 빠져들게 됩니다. 아이들에게는 그저 천국이고 조식은 환상적입니다. 특히, Justin이 만들어주는 오믈렛과 계란후라이는 잊을 수가 없습니다. 스텝직원들의 헌신적인 서비스 또한 감동을 줍니다. 비바블루는 사랑입니다. 아멘.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Man gelangt in knapp 5 Minuten über eine nicht allzu sehr befahrende Straße (Zebrastreifen vorhanden) zum für Kinder perfekten Strand. Das Zimmer was wir zuerst bekamen, entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen und war sehr verlebt. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 10€ pro Nacht konnten wir in den renovierten Block 2 umziehen. Die Zimmer hier sind hervorragend. Wir hatten eines in Richtung Pool. Die Abendveranstaltungen sind sehr laut (bis ca. 22 Uhr) und die Balkontüren halten die Lautstärke in keinster Weise ab. Wir wollten aufgrund unseres Babyphones, welches wir so draußen nutzen konnten, allerdings ein solches Zimmer. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, allerdings ist das Wasser sehr kalt. Das Essen (wir hatten All-In) ist gut. Es ist viel Junk-Food dabei, aber es finden sich wirkliche Schätze. Die Ribs waren klasse, der mexikanische Abend am Buffet war super. Für die Kinder war immer was dabei. Alles in allem ein gutes Buffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings muss man als All-In Gast auf sich aufmerksam machen, wenn man neue Getränke erhalten möchte. Das All-In Paket im Allgemeinen ist super! Abschließend der aller wichtigste Tipp!!! NEHMEN SIE MÜCKENSPRAY MIT!!!! In der Abenddämmerung sind die Mücken überall

Property was nice but really caters to family with kids. Didn’t like the fact the spa was cold. As far as cleanliness, floors were not swept and didn’t receive wash cloths, ever.

The property was always clean and had good amenities for children, including activities clubs etc. Swimming pools were also very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We went half board, and the food was also very good. Location wise it is very close to the beach and a supermarket. Bus stop is close to the hotel, but be aware that they tend to get very busy.
