“Disappointed on my 7th stay there ,won't go back with the latest price hikes and extra energy fees , be sure to check your bill at the end as extras were added on too. Still can't use the green pool , poor internet, lack of bar staff , byo salt and pepper, they won't provide $2 coins for pool table, so, not much todo. Shame as it's a good location and good food.”

“We had a 1 bedroom garden room whilst it was spacious with a separate lounge area and large bathroom the room we stayed in was definitely looking a bit old and needing some tlc. The pools were lovely though lacking a swim up bar and getting poolside service was a long tedious task with not enough Staff and the online system not working for days. The different options of restaurants were good and the carts to drive you around the hotel were awesome. The friendliness of staff was amazing.”
